For contractors
F-102What roles does Fabraworks fill?
Three, all mechanical leadership on data center jobs: MEP superintendents, mechanical/MEP project managers and commissioning (Cx) techs. Nothing else.
Where do you place people?
Metro Atlanta, Georgia: Douglas, Fayette, Newton, Coweta and the rest of the metro area.
How fast do I get candidates?
You get names you can call within 48 hours of sending the role.
What does it cost?
15% of the hire's first-year pay, due only when they start. If nobody works out, you owe nothing.
How do you screen candidates?
Every candidate gets a phone screen and a cert check, and we check references with past project leads. They're ready for your background check and drug screen.
How do I send a role?
Use the request form, email nils@fabraworks.com or book a 15-minute call. We reply the same day.
For techs and managers
F-103Does it cost anything to apply?
No. The contractor pays our fee.
What experience do you look for?
Superintendents: 8+ years with mission-critical work. Project managers: hyperscale or mission-critical PM experience. Commissioning techs: mission-critical Cx experience, including Level 3–5 functional testing and IST support.
Who sees my details?
Nils does. An employer sees them only after we ask you and you say yes. The privacy notice has the details.
How soon will I hear back?
Nils calls or emails you within a day.
